The primarily usage of ReinPhen B Series Friction Reduced Materials is the slide blades using in rotary compressors and vacuum pumps. The B-2 blade material, one of them, obtained the world famous compressor production manufacturer, FULLER Corporations approval in 1990. Its performance such as physical and mechanical capability, friction performance, service time and thermal stable all passed the test in there company. Then, the B-9 and B-12 materials were developed for the middle and small scale vacuum pumps. The performance is better than the traditional ones. Besides the existing market, to complied with the development tendency of compressor and vacuum pump, ReinPhen also developed the B-6 material for oil-free condition, the excellent B-8 material and the GR-13 material for gaterotor using in single-screw compressor. And we all hope that we could do something for the technological innovation of the compressor and vacuum pump.
